Straightened my hair last week w a hot comb&#8230; Touched it up this weekend&#8230; Going to try not to put anymore heat to it&#8230;. Any one know how to keep roots fresh when working out??? That is my biggest fear about keeping my hair straight bc if I&#8217;m going to workout I don&#8217;t want to always have to touch up my roots do to sweating&#8230;. Any ideas??

I know it’s not a good picture at the bottom, but it’s close. I’ll take more later. But here’s a before and after. (dyed it back to black and straightned it.)

instyler works GREAT it gets your roots, easy to maneuver and leaves your hair full and soft.

worth every dime.

AHHH!!! Thank you!!!! My emotional ass almost started crying…. Yea I need to just get my mental right! I think when that I right I will be able  to start losing… I def want to lose for me, but I think its hard because some days I am completely comfortable with myself and my body and other days Im not. Its weird but my plan is to start Jan 1. Im goin to make my bf eat what I eat too to make it a little easier.. I always get jealous when he eats something different (and more fattening) than me! Thanks for the advice :)
